Enter either an identifier (HRNS or FPH) for your primary identity along with an email address you have registered. (You will have registered at least one email address but may have registered an optional secondary email address.) If both your primary identity and your email address are valid, you will be sent a link to allow you to set a new password and PIN.

NB, your password is never stored. When you enter your email address here, it is hashed cryptographically and that hash is then compared to the hash already stored. If the hashes agree, a time-limited recovery link will be sent to the email address, which will be discarded immediately after use.
